STRATAHOSTS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any services provided by StrataHosts, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
3. SERVICES
We provide game server hosting, VPS, and infrastructure services. All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."
4. NO WARRANTIES
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, performance, or data retention.
5. SERVICE LEVEL DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to maintenance, hardware failure, or third-party issues.
6. BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups. StrataHosts is not responsible for data loss.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, lost profits, or indirect damages.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all content, activity, and account security.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services at any time for abuse, fraud, violations, or chargebacks.
10. PAYMENTS
Services are prepaid. Non-payment may result in suspension. Billing is handled via Paymenter.
11. CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks result in termination, permanent ban, and possible recovery actions.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold StrataHosts harmless from any claims arising from your use.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for events outside our control including DDoS, outages, or disasters.
14. ARBITRATION
Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Arkansas.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Arkansas law applies.
16. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time.
